HOPKINTON, Mass — July 30, 2019 — Veruna, developer of the insurance industry’s only agency management system (AMS) built on the Salesforce platform, is pleased to announce the addition of two new Customer Success team members, Alisa Sutman and Jessica Von Frank.
Alisa Sutman joins Veruna as a dedicated client advocate with extensive experience in agency operations. Sutman is a former AMS360 trainer and implementation specialist. Besides being a licensed agent, she holds certifications in NcIA (NetVU) and as a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager.
Her responsibilities at Veruna will focus on strategy development, project management, and execution of Veruna’s software platform onboarding and implementations. In her new role, Sutman will leverage her considerable knowledge and experience in business processes and software project delivery to enable successful implementations. Going forward, she will help ensure that Veruna accurately sets and meets customer expectations, completes projects on time, and expertly handles both internal and external communications.
Jessica Von Frank assumes the role of senior accounting specialist at Veruna with prior experience in insurance and automation, having worked with over 200 insurance agents and brokers nationwide for design, training, and effective implementation of agency management systems. She has thirteen years’ experience working for Vertafore, formerly AMS Services, as a Certified Contract Trainer providing implementation and training on the AFW and AMS360 programs. She has extensive insurance agency operational experience in both controller and automation specialist positions, and previously held a customer success role for InsurTech firm Semsee.
At Veruna, Von Frank will primarily analyze agency accounting operations, and then implement, train, and support the accounting functions of Veruna’s software.
“This is about customer success,” said Eliot Bless, VP of Operations at Veruna. “Both Alisa and Jessica will be heavily involved in evolving our existing implementation and onboarding strategy and process moving forward.”
